Most standard shipments are sent through USPS, UPS ground, or FedEx ground. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order.

Free for guest orders of $200 or more
$10 for guest orders of less than $200
(7-10 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST)

Priority
$20 for guest orders
(5-7 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST)

Express
$30 for guest orders
(3-5 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST)

International
$50 for guest orders
(15-25 business days for orders placed by 5pm EST)

Additional information

We proccess orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
If you place your order after the cutoff times, we’ll proccess and ship the order the next business day.
We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
We do not offer PO boxers, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Easy Returns & Free exchanges

We hope you love your X-Under product. But if not, we accept returns and offer free size exchanges within 30 days from your date of purchase.

Return by mail

Use our portal to return eligible items and print a Return Shipping Label a $7.50 shipping fee (U.S) will be deducted from your refund.

Replacement by mail

After submitting the exchange sizes form, you will receive an email, follow the link in the email to receive a return label. Print the return label and repack the items (including all original tags). Please affix the printed prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at USPS.
